The actress was a shadow of her former glamourous self as she limped along the street on stick-thin legs.

By contrast, Lara's face was puffy and bloated - possibly a result of her enthusiastic approach to cosmetic surgery.

Just last month, Lara put in a head-turning appearance at a charity event in L.A., where she insisted on taking off her shoes before posing for the cameras.
