Pictures from Britney Spears upcoming documentary show the singer looking relaxed with her family and preparing for her highly-anticipated comeback in the dance studio.

In the MTV documentary - which airs in the US on November 30 - the singer opens up about her life and her recent breakdown.

Cameras followed the star for several weeks earlier this year for the 90 minute special called Britney: For The Record.

The documentary will be the first time that the troubled star has spoken candidly about how her life spiralled out of control.
