Victoria Beckham is in danger of reverting to her former skeletal self if the photos of her leaving Eva Longoria's L.A. restaurant Beso last night are anything to go by.
The tiny former Spice Girl wore a fitted white strapless gown that clung to her minuscule waist and emphasised her ridiculous plumped-up bosom.
Victoria sparked concerns for her health when she dropped so much weight following the birth of second child Romeo that she was dubbed 'Skeletal Spice.'
It's claimed that the stress of husband David's imminent move to AC Milan has put Victoria off her food in recent weeks.
“She's losing weight because of the stress of him moving away and the next few months will be tough on both of them,” a source tells Grazia.
"When they first talked about him going, I don't think she thought twice about it.
"But now that it's been announced and everyone has had their say, it's become upsetting.
"Victoria seemed stunned that people have suggested David might be off as soon as he got the opportunity. Any woman would feel paranoid with all that speculation.
"It's gutting for her that people would think that."
