Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer have have publically 'outed' their on-again romance with a night out in New York.

John put his arm protectively around Jen's waist as the beaming couple left a Manhatten restaurant together and headed to the trendy Goldbar club.

Jen recently gushed that they "adore" one another in an interview with Vogue.

She said, “We care about each other. It's funny when you hit a place in a relationship and you both realize, 'We maybe need to do something else,' but you still really, really love each other."
