Mariah Carey proved that she doesn't pack light after arriving in the UK for a three day trip with over 20 suitcases.

The diva made sure she lived up to her high maintenance image during her whirlwind London visit for an appearance on the X Factor.

“There were 15 suitcases on one trolley, and eight on another,” an onlooker at Heathrow Airport told In Touch Weekly.

The heavy duty cases included a $4000 Louis Vuitton bag and several lavish looking sets of luggage which were dragged to the Dorchester Hotel by Mariah's hired help.

A former assistant groaned, “There is nothing worse than packing for Mariah.

“A weekend trip can be a weeklong job. Nightmare, is all I can say.”
