Jennifer Aniston is reportedly going under the knife to turn back the clock on her ageing beauty.

The Friends star is said to be fed up with her lukewarm career and shortlived romances, and feels the quick fix to her problems is indulging in a little surgery.

A source tells Life & Style, "Jen's a smart businesswoman and sees that she needs to stretch her youthful appeal in the movies as far as it can go."

Yet Jen's rep tells Entertainmentwise, "This is just another example of another fabricated story."

In the past Jen has openly admitted that she isn't opposed to the odd nip or tuck, "I don't say no to anything.

"Anything that that makes you feel better, go for it."
