Jennifer Aniston Vs. Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie In Publicity War

Jennifer Aniston is reportedly sick of being pitted against her ex Brad Pitt and his partner Angelina Jolie in a bid to fuel magazine sales.

Jen and her on-again off-again boyfriend John Mayer were recently rumoured to be expecting a child together but her rep has denied the claims.

And now a US report has lifted the lid on rival publications who feed the Jennifer Aniston rumour mill to boost sales.

"Every time Brad or Angelina is in the news, and it's a story that's so exclusive only one outlet really gets the story, the natural reaction is to come up with a story about Jen to combat the attention," says one magazine editor.

But Jen doesn't seem to be helping the situation.

The Friends star stepped out recently in LA for lunch at the Ivy sporting a tight T-shirt and enviable flat stomach that screamed 'No I'm not pregnant'.

The editor adds, "But now she did lunch at the Ivy in a tight shirt? I mean, the Ivy? Usually Jen is above that sort of thing.

“She obviously knew she'd be photographed there. It makes you wonder if all of this press — hers and Brad's —is starting to get to her."
