At first glance Lily Allen looked immaculate in a little black dress but on closer inspection her tights told a different story.

The Smile singer managed to make a huge hole in her stockings at the back of her leg.

But apart from her gaping gap Lily looked stunning with her hair styled to curl perfection.

The socialite had obviously gone to a lot of effort for the GQ 20th Anniversary in London's Regent St last night.

Lily managed to rectify her wardrobe malfunction by making a quick dress change - into a pretty pink number.
