Lewis Hamilton has gone gaga over Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.

The racer - who recently won the Formula 1 World Championship - received an 'I love you' message from Nicole on her band's website yesterday.

And now it seems Lewis is returning the favour by offering his very own sentimental declaration.

Speaking about Nicole at the McLaren Technology Centre on Wednesday he said, "My girlfriend is the one attracting all the attention. I may have to just shove her aside."

He added, "I'm crazy about her. She's been incredible, so supportive for me.

"She's good for me, she adds to me."

Lewis is rumoured to be joining the Pussycat Dolls as they tour the globe.
