Heidi Klum has ruffled some religious feathers for her outrageously scary Halloween outfit as the Hindu Goddess Kali.

Acclaimed Hindu and Indo-American statesman Rajan Zed yesterday released a statement in Nevada saying that the Goddess Kali is not to be used in clubs for publicity stunts or thrown around loosely for dramatic effects.

The supermodel and her party guests seemed unaware of the offence she'd cause, taking away an award for her creepy take on the Indian goddess.

The Hindu community have asked for a public apology from the Project Runway host.
