Jessica Simpson's hairdresser Ken Paves ended up with a bloody nose after paparazzi swarmed in on the pair in L.A.

A photographer punched the singer's best pal in the face during the crush as he tried to stop Jessica from getting snapped. 

The country singer and Ken were out dining at Madeo in L.A when the paps moved in on them both.

Jess took her injured friend and his badly bleeding nose to the Cedar-Sinai in West Hollywood to get stitched up. 

No charges have been filed so far.
