Jason Donovan: 'Kylie Owes Me One!'

Jason Donovan has confessed that there is room for pint-sized pop star Kylie Minogue on his new tour if she's willing to join him.

The former Neighbours star – who is back with his first album in 20 years – told Entertainmentwise exclusively that Kylie definitely owes him one after all these years.

When asked about the possibility of a the singer joining him on stage Jason said, “I do believe that she is doing a tour in Australia but she owes me a favour...”

Speaking about the lasting friendships he made on 2006's I'm A Celebrity..., Jason adds, “I was at Matt's (former Busted star and King of the Jungle, Matt Willis) wedding. I've spoken to David Guest a couple of times.

“I speak to David more than I speak to anyone else.”

Jason also describes his stint in the jungle as the career boost he needed to give people something to talk about other than his brush with a serious drug addiction in the mid-nineties.

“What tended to happen to me up until that point...well late nineties to 2006,  I was always talking about the past, the Neighbours days or how much cocaine I had taken,” he says.

“What I'm A Celeb enabled me to do was get a new story. I had a lot of people saying 'is it the right thing to do, is it cool?' but I've never been that cool and I don't care about it to be honest...”

Jason's album Let It Be Me is released on November 10 and the single Dreamboats & Petticoats is out today.
