Britney Spears is unveiling her new album to the world with a slick promotional poster.

The singer - whose single Womanizer is currently sitting pretty at the top of the US charts - is stepping back in time to promote her upcoming album Circus.

A new promo poster adopts an old fashioned circus/fairground theme dating back to the days when lion tamers and flame throwers took centre stage.

Britney is also rumoured to be in the middle of filming for her next video.

The first single off the album, Womanizer hits high street stores across the UK next week.
