Nicole Richie's nine-month-old daughter Harlow popped out to her first Pumpkin Patch yesterday.

The adorable tot looked on as mum and dad Joel Madden checked out pumpkins as big as their daughter.

According to new reports, it may not be long before Harlow is joined by a bigger brother or sister.

Star claims that the reality TV star and her rocker beau are considering adoption.

An insider tells the mag, ““Nicole is seriously looking into it and asking a lot of questions about adopting.

“Nicole has been visiting Beyond Shelter in Los Angeles two or three times a week and spends a couple of hours with homeless children. She loves being around them."
