Harrison Ford has beaten off competition from Morgan Freeman and Michael Douglas to be named favourite fictional choice for president in the forthcoming US elections.
Harrison – who kicked terrorist butt as the US president in Air Force One – was voted first place by online fans in a poll by AOL’s Moviefone.com.
The actor picked up 24 percent of the votes, leaving Morgan Freeman - who played the US President in Deep Impact - in second place.
“It seems everybody is looking for a commander-in-chief who can come in and take command,” says Moviefone editor-in-chief Scott Robson.
“Our readers voted with their hearts at a time when you have the economy going down the tubes, but in an ideal world it would be great to have a president who can kick some ass.”
