Britney Spears is marking her birthday with a concert live on US TV.

The singer looks a picture of health as she proudly shows off a cake in the promo trailer for a performance on Good Morning America.

The concert will mark the star's 27th birthday in New York on December 2.

Proving her comeback is in full swing - after Womanizer reached number one in the U.S charts - Brit has more than just a birthday to celebrate.
