Madonna's babysitter and Alex Rodriguez were seen leaving his New York apartment yesterday within minutes of each other.

With rumours of a romance between the US baseball player and Madonna circulating, the meeting seems highly ominous.

The popstar - who is embroiled in a bitter divorce with soon to be ex-husband Guy Ritchie - reportedly wants to start a family with the U.S sportstar.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's marriage is said to have ended because of physical and emotional abuse.
