Lindsay Lohan Sued For 'Battery And False Inprisonment'

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by three young men who claim they were carjacked by the actress while she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. 

The Mean Girls star – who was arrested in July 2007 for DUI – is accused of endangering the lives of passengers Ronnie Blake, Jason Sutter and Dante Nigro.

This week papers have been filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court accusing Lindsay of battery, false imprisonment and negligence.

The actress' lawyer Ed McPherson laughed at the lawsuit, telling TMZ, "These guys had the night of their lives.

"They had ample opportunity to get out of the car.”

Lindsay spent 84 minutes in jail last year and now has her mug shot hanging in Hollywood's DUI hall of fame, next to Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Mischa Barton.
