Nick Hogan is now a free man after being released from jail this morning.

Nick - who has been behind bars since May 9 - was met by his ecstatic sister Brooke, who hugged and jumped on her brother.

Hogan - real name Nicholas Bollea - served time for a felony reckless driving charge involving serious bodily injury.

He pleaded no contest to the charge that left his friend and passenger John Graziano hospitalized and in a minimally conscious state.

Nick arrived back at the family home in Florida to shouts, cheers, loud music and Halloween decorations.

The now-18-year-old Hogan was originally sentenced to eight months jail time, but was released after serving just over 160 days.
