Serena Williams Shows Off Some Bikini Muscle

Serena Williams might have considered a bigger size of bikini bottoms if she planned to do more than sun bathing.

The tennis champ hit the waves for some surfing in Hawaii but her barely-there swimsuit pants failed to cover her behind, leaving little to the imagination.

An energetic Serena showed off a little too much of her athletic physique as she balanced on her surfboard.

Serena hit the waves with rapper boyfriend Common, while taking a break from her tennis commitments.

That's what the average woman of America looks like. They are not pencil thin. The average sized American Woman is 14. True, her butt isn't flat. But if I have a choice, a round butt is always better than a Flat one, small or big.

Black beauty is an affront to the white standard, especially when the black person is highly visible; for it forces whites to consider "the other" in matters most dear to them. Pencil-thin has been the white ideal going back to Victorian times. Twiggy just brought those standards to the forefront. Most white women have little use for a big butt- or an ample frame, in a society where athleticism and thinness is highly prized and synonymous with both success and control.

In the black community that's what we call THICK. Most black women do not subscribe to the white European standard of beauty, instead- opting for a fuller representation of the female form. To quote Rev. Wright,” different does not mean deficient- it just means different.” Black beauty is not inferior to white beauty- it’s just different.

Note all other images on the page (thin and white) and then you can understand the negative connotations pertaining to black beauty. As a black man I have to say without prejudice that her backside is a work or art. It will only increase in value (size) once she leaves the racquet behind. Those calories have to go someplace and judging from her build, they will seek the path of least resistance. Whites are not the sole arbiturs of beauty, for each culture has its own unique standard.
