Lindsay Lohan has been summoned to make a deposition in the upcoming case of her alleged lemon Samantha Ronson vs. several celebrity bloggers + her former lawyers! - and is requesting that her testimony stay off the public record and not be videotaped.

But why?

Well, according to the documents involved in the case, Lindsay is convinced the information she discloses would: “unduly embarrass, oppress and burden her because of [its] private subject matter.”

Oooh, but what could she be trying to hide? Trust her to keep it on the Lo!

Sam is suing her old lawyers for misrepresentation, after losing her original case against several bloggers - including Perez Hilton - who had insisted that the cropped-haired DJ planted drugs in Lindsay’s car and was exploiting her to the paparazzi.

The DJ was forced to pay the bloggers $85,000 in legal fees.

Let's hope the honeymoon period isn't over for these two lovelies.
