Jamie Lynn Spears Is Not Pregnant With Second Child

Britney Spear's little sister Jamie Lynn is not carrying her second child, according to the latest reports.

The rumour mill went into overdrive yesterday after a US publication reported that the Spears family are reeling from the news of a second pregnancy so soon after the birth of baby Maddie.

A source close to the Spears family told the National Enquirer, "Jamie Lynn is about eight weeks pregnant, and she and her mom Lynne are hysterical.

"Lynne was livid when she found out. She told Jamie Lynn that she thought she was smarter than that and she couldn't believe that she hadn't learned her lesson.

"Neither of them knows what to do, but for now they're trying to keep the news from getting out.”

However, an 'unimpeachable source' assures TMZ that the tabloid tale is completely untrue.
