Jamie Lynn Spears Stands By Her Man

Jamie Lynn Spears has come out in defence of boyfriend Casey Aldridge, over tabloid allegations that he was unfaithful while the star was pregnant.

The couple – who welcomed their baby daughter Maddie Briann in June – claims that rumours he had an affair with Kelli Dawson are not the least bit true.

"In a small town, everybody knows everybody. But when money's involved, you find out who your friends are," the pair tell the new issue of OK!.

As for reports the affair resulted in Kelli getting pregnant, Casey said, "That's news to me."

"That is just completely fabricated," adds Jamie Lynn. "He never had an intimate relationship with her, so how would that be possible? Around here, that particular girl is known to make up stories."

But Kelli is not the only one who is said to have got cozy with Casey - another woman named Whitney Seals has also been romanticaly linked to Jamie Lynn's beau.

But the new mum insists that both women are in it for the attention.

"What happened was that one of those girls did it, and in this small town when one of them does it, they're all like, 'Good idea.' They all jumped on the bandwagon," she says.

"It hurt me to hear those things," adds Jamie Lynn. "Because my family has to read it. It's not fair to them. Casey's family is not used to this.”

The couple's big OK! spread has been overshadowed by reports that Jamie Lynn is pregnant with baby number two.
