Jennifer Lopez Suing Mad Over Nervous Breakdown Claims

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly taking legal action against a website that claimed she had suffered a nervous breakdown.

Elle writer Kevin Sessums released extracts of an interview with the singer to The Daily Beast after Jen made it known that she didn't want her comments to appear in the glossy woman's magazine.

Jen's rep says, "We're very unhappy about it, and think it was poor judgement on his [Sessums] part.

"As long as we have represented Jennifer, we have never heard her refer to having a breakdown of any sort."

The website retaliated in Sessums' defence, telling Hollywood Access: "The story accurately reports what Kevin Sessums learned from Ms Lopez in his interview."

"He owns the story and The Daily Beast was happy to publish it."

Jen's team have reportedly sent a legal letter to the website.
