Mel B has stripped to her undies to model for lingerie brand Ultimo but the former Spice Girl says she would consider baring all for Playboy.

The star has been offered £1 million to take off her clothes for the saucy men's mag.

And Scary Spice is not ruling out the possibility of posing nude.

"At the age of 33 it's flattering to be asked. 'I'm busy at the moment, but I'll have to think long and hard about it. Maybe next year," she told The Sun.

Mel - who lives in L.A - showed off her stunning figure when she stripped to her undergarments to promote Ultimo's new Autumn/ Winter lingerie collection.

The sexy shots were taken in a mansion in the Hollywood Hills.
