STRICTLY COME DANCING: Gary Rhodes Is Booted Off

This week saw the male celebrities dance around the floor for a second time with interpretations of the dramatic tango and the fun jive.

Once again it was Tom and Austin who impressed the judges, both finding themselves at the top of leader board after the judges' votes.

But unfortunately Gary and his partner Karen also found themselves in a familiar spot at the bottom of the table. The judges’ prided Gary on his enthusiasm but admitted his footwork was flat as a pancake.

After the viewers votes the two couples to dance in the nail biting dance-off were Mark and Hayley and Gary and Karen.  

Mark and Hayley performed a dramatic rendition of the tango, impressing the judges with their enthusiasm and ease.

They were followed by Gary and Karen whose clumsy interpretation of the jive was a brave attempt but would not save them for another week.

Craig admitted it was a ‘no brainer’ that Mark and Hayley were the winning couple and with a unanimous decision by the judges they are safe to dance another week.
