Angelina Jolie Updates Baby Tattoo With Latest Arrivals

Angelina Jolie has updated the 'rainbow family' tattoo on her arm with the birthplace coordinates of her new twins.

The lengthy tat now has the birth details of each of her six children.

The new mum showed off her latest ink at the premiere of her new flick The Changeling in New York.

Angelina stepped back into the spotlight for the first time since giving birth to twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline in July, and amid reports that she is suffering from post-natal depression.

But the actress didn't seem nervous to be back in the public eye, despite admitting that looking after a brood of six is a full-time job.

"I leave work and I go right home to the kids and I'm always checking on them in the middle of the night," she tells the New York Daily News.

 "We are a little bit (sleep deprived). We have some help a couple of nights a week, so on those nights we catch up on our sleep."
