Jennifer Aniston Denies John Mayer Romance Was A Publicity Stunt

Jennifer Aniston has blasted claims that her romance with John Mayer was a publicity stunt.

The Friends actress – who has become known as Hollywood's resident singleton – is furious that people assume she is trying to further her career with a string of rocky relationships.

Since her divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005, much has been made of Jen's apparent inability to hold down a man.

With a string of short-lived, highly-publicised affairs, coupled with her luke warm career, it was only a matter of time before Jen's failed romances started to come off looking questionable.

Noone can be that bad at love, surely?
 
Yet Jen explains, "It's been incorrectly alleged that I'd abuse a romantic attachment as a publicity stunt. That's below the belt.

"To love and be loved is the most beautiful thing that can happen to a person, and one's own life is more important than all the glamour and fame in the world."
