The Britney Spears sex tape rumours that threatened to put a dampener on her much-hyped comeback have been branded "false" by her management.

Ex-boyfriend and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib claims to have footage of the pop star romping around wearing nothing but a pink wig in Mexico.

Britney's slimy ex told Heat magazine that, "there is such a tape. But I won't discuss prices. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further."

Yet the Spears camp have shot back at Adnan's comments, telling E!, "The story is completely false."

The Womanizer star - who has never had the greatest taste in men – dated Adnan for three months during her 'meltdown' period.
