Heath Ledger's Life Insurance Null & Void?

A U.S life insurance company have launched their own investigation into Heath Ledger's death keeping $10 million from his daughter Matilda.

The Dark Knight star who was found dead in his apartment in January, is said to have accidently overdosed on prescription drugs.

But executives at ReliaStar Life Insurance Company are investigating the possibility that the father took his own life.

A trustee who is entitled to care for the money until Matilda becomes an adult has appealed against the investigation but the company's lawyers are standing firm.

For Matilda's sake let's hope the trustee wins the case.
