Brad Pitt and George Clooney are reportedly in the midst of a silent stand-off over a film role.
Everyone's favourite bachelor and super-dad are said to have fallen out because they both want to play Henry Higgins in a remake of the classic My Fair Lady.
The modern day Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin have developed a close off-screen partnership since starring in 2001's Ocean's Eleven, with the pair's double-act routine in full affect as they promoted their new movie Burn After Reading recently.
Yet the pair are no longer even on speaking terms, according to reports.
A disgruntled George has supposedly said, “For now we're both so angry we're not even in contact any more.”
The Australian Herald Sun adds that George said, "It's sort of become an intense competition between us now and it just keeps escalating.”
Frankly we're not convinced - if sarky George was ever to speak up we're sure he'd have something a lot more entertaining to say.
