Britney Spears & Kevin Federline Reunion On The Cards?

It seems that's it's not just Britney Spears' career that's making a comeback - ex-husband Kevin Federline may be getting in on the act too.

Brit's mum Lynne has always spoken fondly of her former son in-law and now she is said to be hoping that the two will reconcile for the sake of sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston.

A source tells the National Enquirer, "Kevin has apologised to Britney for his failings as a husband and said he wanted a fresh start.

"He confessed she is the love of his life, his soul mate and was sorry things went so wrong between them.

"Not only is her career going well but it looks like her love life might be too. Britney never got over Kevin and she hopes this is the first step towards them reconciling.

"She knows a lot has happened but at least she knows he loves her."
