Britney Spears is virtually unrecognisable in the promo pictures for upcoming single Womanizer.

The singer may have lost weight in preparation for her December comeback tour and album, but it seems that the airbrush has been doing overtime to slim down her figure even further in the new shots.

Dressed in a skin-tight PVC bodysuit and stilletos, Brit has been given an impossibly tiny waist and super-long legs.

Stiil, Britney's new look signals a return to form for the star, who has largely kept a low profile following her very public meltdown earlier this year.
