A make up-free Celine Dion looked far from her usual well-groomed self as she was bombarded with fans outside her New York hotel.

Apparently unprepared for the attention from fans and photographers, the star had to face the crowds with her blotches and blemishes on show.

The Titanic singer wore her usually curled locks scrapped back into a bun.
