Hollywood’s most famous singleton Jennifer Aniston reckons the best way to deal with love is to lose control.

The Friends star shared her wisdom on relationships at the Toronto Film Festival – noticeably avoiding any mention of past flames.

She said, “"In order to let love in, you've got to really surrender control, you know? And that's hard for some people. You've got to make sure it makes you feel good."

It seems Jen’s theory about control hasn’t been working for her lately with a string of men lining yesterday’s news.

When quizzed about why people find her relationships so intriguing the actress responded, "I have no idea, I have absolutely no idea. I ask that all the time."
