Paris Hilton has got her heart set on getting together with Britney Spears to belt out a duet.

The socialite thinks it would be 'hot' if Brit featured on the follow-up to her self-titled 2006 debut album.

"My new album's out soon and it would be hot if I could do a duet with Britney. It is really poppy and sounds a bit like Kylie Minogue," she says.

Pop princess Britney is also working on a new record, which is being hotly tipped as a return to form.

The blonde heiress has also put the wheels in motion on a musical collaboration with her boyfriend, Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden.
