The Jonas Brothers insist they are not offended by Russell Brand’s comments about their no-sex-before-marriage vow.
The pop trio and their purity rings were the target of the comedian’s jokes at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards.
But the boys say were weren't fazed by the jibes.
"For us it's cool to see that he recognises we are gentleman... I think he did a good job.
"We saw him on (U.S. late night show) Conan O'Brien and thought he was hilarious," Nick Jonas tells Radio 1.
The MTV host had been scolded by celebs Jordan Sparks and Paris Hilton for hitting out at the Jonas siblings, and by the end of the award show had sought forgiveness from the crowd.
"I've gotta say sorry because I said those things about promise rings; that was bad of me. I didn't mean to take it lightly," he told the audience.
