Co-stars and best pals George Clooney and Brad Pitt have a lot in common except for one thing – their desire to have a family.

While at the Toronto Film Festival to promoting their up and coming film Burn After Reading, the pair joked about their personal lives.

Despite the probing questions from reporters, the dynamic duo were cool as ever - even when asked about George becoming godfather to Brad’s children.

Brad said, “No, he hates children. Are you kidding? I love them [the twins] too much to subject them to George.”

Later George was also quizzed about settling down to which he retorted dryly, “I am so surprised to hear that question.

"That is honestly the first time I’ve been asked that question. I am getting married and having children today. Brad?”

To which the Fight Club star slickly replied, "And until then I’ll be sharing mine with him."
