Hayden Panettiere has moved out of her family home and into a bachelorlette pad - much to the surprise of boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia, who reportedly believed they were moving in together.
Milo is said to be down in the dumps after Hayden opted to move out and buy a house without him.
"They were looking, and then Hayden suddenly bought this $2.6 million house in West Hollywood," says a pal of the actress. "He isn't happy."
The Heroes star – who is 12 years younger than her beau - is apparently "freaking out" because Milo keeps talking marriage.
"She's not even old enough to have a drink, so she's not even thinking about settling down," her pal tells Star.
