Lynne Spears has shot down reports she sent a gift on behalf of daughter Jamie Lynn to the pregnant daughter of U.S. Vice President hopeful Sarah Palin.
Although Jamie-Lynn’s mum can relate to having a pregnant young teen, she denies claims she ordered a stack of designer burpcloths for 17-year-old Bristol Palin.
"I just got off the phone with Lynne. I can tell you that she hasn't sent her any gifts, but that she does support Sarah and, of course, can empathise with their situation," a spokesman tells E!
Bristol has come under fire for shaming her family during her mother’s bid to get elected to government.
