Lindsay Lohan's Dad Plays The Sympathy Card

Michael Lohan has taken their family row one step further by using his dead father as ammunition.

The star’s father was quick to follow up his attack on ex-wife Dina with a statement to OK! Magazine saying:

"My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified Dina's attorney. Let's see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral.

This will show her true colours! Thus, not even a call. But that's par for the course with Dina! She didn't even send a card or visit when he was sick."

Michael’s behaviour over the past few days has seen his daughter Lindsay retaliate with ferocity, over claims that girlfriend Samantha Ronson is leading her astray.

It seems Michael’s intent on destroying his family ties as he takes the term ‘publicity whore’ to a new level.

Instead of shying away from the spotlight in a difficult time, he has begun a game of ‘tug of war’ - with not only his family but the media and public as well.
