Jennifer Aniston Gets Some Post Break-Up Therapy

Jennifer Aniston has announced that she regularly visits a psychiatrist to vent her celebrity stress.

The 39-year-old actress is adamant that talking through her issues and problems is a very liberating process.

The Daily Express record her as saying, “It’s true that I spent some time regularly taking part in sessions with a psychiatrist,

“By the way, I find it to be very normal to lie on a couch every once in a while and to let your head be straightened out. And your heart.”

Jen recently split from John Mayer after a four month relationship, so it is very possible that her heart is in need of some mending.

Yet from the looks of things she must be visiting her psychiatrist as she has never looked better.

From shopping trips in New York to lunch dates with Woody Allen, Jen appears to be moving on.
