Draped in jewellery by Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen the shoot was nothing but lavish.
According to the Daily Mail, to get her in the mood for the shoot Kate had Vodka on site.
She also executed her carefree, 'don’t give a damn' attitude when she arrived at a photo exhibition of Alas and Piggott's work, in a see-through dress.
Turkey is a country predominantly Muslim in religion, who believe in covering the body out of respect. Whether Kate is aware of this is unclear, but her appearance definitely turned a few heads.
