Britney Spears' live singing voice has made an unwelcome comeback in the form of an old video clip that is doing the internet rounds again.

The footage contains a montage of highlights from one of the singer's 'live' shows and apparently features a recording direct from her microphone.

Basically, it's what Brit is supposed to sound like minus the aural CGI.

The former pop wreck is currently recording a new studio album.

We imagine the vocal wizardry will be back in full affect for it's expected release in early 2009.
