Jon Voight has fought back against Roseanne Barr’s recent attack on daughter Angelina Jolie.

In a bizarre rant on her blog, the 'Comedian' called Brangelina "evil" and claimed that their charity deeds are a sham.

She also slammed the couple for having too many "dunces (children) who will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more."

Now Voight is fighting his formally-estranged daughter's corner.

"We can never be surprised at what vile evil comes from the mouth of a confessed victim of child abuse at the hands of her own parents," he tells Extra.

“Roseanne's parents responded to the accusation by going on the air and slating her a psychopathic liar and her sister agreed."

And he doesn't stop there, adding, "Her defaming of our National Anthem in 1990 gave us insight into who she is and what she is capable of saying and doing."

The attack on the celebrity couple was apparently sparked by Angelina's recent admission that she is still undecided where her loyalties lie in the U.S. presidential election.

"Aren't you supposed to be somewhat enlightened, or do you not know that the African daughter you hold in every picture had parents who suffered and died because of the Republican party's worldwide economic assault on Africa over the last few decades since Reagan?" ranted Barr.

The comedian has clearly made up her mind about the actress but seeing as Angelina recently auctioned off baby pictures in a magazine for £7.5 million for charity, what is so wrong with the star not deciding who to vote for in the election?
