Jessica Alba has already lost her baby weight since giving birth to daughter Honor Marie - and her trainer reveals just how she did it.
The actress - who flaunted her new svelte figure at the ALMA Awards - has dropped a massive 25 lbs and is now back to her pre-pregnancy weight.
“Jessica went from a size 12 to a size 8 pretty quickly,” says Alba's long-time trainer Ramona Braganza.
The Sin City star has been opting for a low-fat, low-carb diet as part of Braganza's plan.
She has been putting in some serious sweating sessions too.
As well as hitting the treadmill at home, Alba has resumed her routine of core exercises, cardio and circuit training.
"The baby always comes first, but Jessica definitely set goals for herself,” says Braganza, who now trains the actress, 27, six days a week.
And having a workout buddy helped. “She loves working out with a girlfriend. Jessica has made amazing progress in a very short time.” Says her trainer.
