Jennifer Lopez Thinks She's Bigger Than The Olympics

Jennifer Lopez can’t understand why everyone is more interested in the Olympics than her own efforts to run, swim and cycle in a triathlon.

The singer - who appeared on Good Morning America to discuss her preparations for the Malibu Triathlion - was overheard saying after the segment that she “couldn’t understand why everyone is talking about that swimmer,” according to a GMA source.

“She couldn’t come up with (eight-time gold-medal winner Michael) Phelps’ name, and then she yammered on about how she was the one training for a triathlon just six months after giving birth, and how that was the big story right now, not ‘the swimmer,’" claims the insider.

Glad to see motherhood hasn't humbled the superstar diva.

J-Lo is planning on donating money raised for her race to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.

And to help drum up attention for her sporting efforts, she has started a blog to share tips on training.

“Touch up make-up prior to your swim” hasn’t made its way into any posts as yet, despite Lopez being spotted arriving in Central Park with her makeup artist later in the day.

J-Lo has dithced the heels and hoop earrings and has squeezed her famous booty into tight lycra whilst training in Central park
