Solange Knowles Sings About Drug-Fuelled Sex

Because she's a 'grown-ass woman'...

Solange Knowles is making sure she doesn't get confused with big sister Beyonce by singing about drug-fuelled sex.

Whilst the Queen B is preoccupied with her 'jelly', the 22-year-old mother-of-one prefers grittier topics such as smoking marijuana and making love.

And she insists every track on her new album Sol-AngeL & The Hadley St.Dreams is written from personal experience.

She tells Giant magazine, "I am unapologetic; I don't write about things unless they're true.

“I'm a grown-ass woman and I've experienced grown-ass things."

  • I respect everything you said and how you feel, but never get to the point where you are so grown and you forget that you are still human. Don't take it the wrong way, people seem to forget that they are human and become stuck on the fact that they are officially legal. So I feel you with the grown ass woman statement, but you'll never be too grown where you can't listen to those younger than you.

  • i think that she need to take a step back because she isn't ready 4 that career just yet she is rude and think only of herself and if she keep on she will find herself without a career and she will never be here sister she is ugly and her attitude just do it all but i will never be a fan of hers and the fact that she have a son that looks up to her u would think that she would be a row model 4 him but she isn't and if she so grown why don't she act like only kids run their mouth and be rude
