The singer is said to have booked herself into the Focus 12 clinic in Bury St Edmunds, which is the same facility that treated comedian Russell Brand.
Amy's Blake Incarcerated was moved last month to the nearby Highpoint Prison.
He was jailed in July after pleading guilty to charges of assault and perverting the course of justice.
Amy's father, Mitch, is quoted tells the Sun that his daughter's latest attempt at rehab “is a very good idea”.
“If she can get clean and still see Blake it can only be good,” he added.
