'Peaches Geldof's Quickie Wedding Caused By Depression'

Peaches Geldof eloped with her boyfriend of 4 weeks because she is depressed over her mother's death, according to sister Pixie.

The 17-year-old says that her family are still coming to terms with the loss of mum Paula Yates from a drugs overdose in 2000.

“She’s got problems just like all of us have about what happened to my mum,” Pixie says of her older sister.

“I’ve been in therapy not long ago and she has had a hard time.

“That’s why she has done drugs and why this wedding happened too. We’re all depressed in our family.”

But a friend of Peaches insists that hard-partying star is in love with US rocker Max Drummey, who she married in Las Vegas two weeks ago.

“She insists it’s not a sham,” a pal tells The Sun. “The flash point will be when Bob meets Max for the first time this week.”
